We know there aren't many options for personalized fitness programs for teens, and we want to change that. Our goal is to help teens find fun, safe ways to build healthy habits, gain confidence, and grow strong and fit. Newbies and athletes welcome!

We believe food is the best and most important medicine for both our minds and bodies. We help you learn simple, effective ways to make lifelong changes to your diet that never make you feel deprived of the foods you love while fueling your body to take on whatever life throws at you.

Through our virtual training program, we provide the guidance and support you need via online workout plans and periodic one-on-one meetings to help you achieve your fitness goals while keeping flexibility in your routine. Choose how many days a week you want to workout, and we will do the rest!

We prefer to keep this a community space, where you can find an open machine and stay focused on your workout. We offer a limited number of gym memberships based on time slots and needs. Choose which works best for you, and enjoy self-guided access to a private workout space.
Members enjoy open access to the gym from 4:00am to midnight, 7 days a week.
